These are housed in a recently refurbished, centuries-old farmhouse,
which is surrounded by a courtyard with stone out-buildings,

Overlooking the hillside inlands to the north while looking out onto Baltimore Harbour,
the pictoresque Roaringwater Bay and Carbery's 100 Isles to the south, all rooms are equipped
with a television, power shower, toilet and washand basin, hair dryer, shaving socket
and come with complementary tea- and coffee-making facilities.
All room rates further also include a Full Irish Breakfast or a Continental Buffet-Style Breakfast
(as desired) served in Rolf's Restaurant / Café (between 8:00 and 11:00 GMT), also available to non-residents!
