Built around a courtyard and set in mature grounds and gardens, all of our Self-Catering Holiday Cottages
have their own garden patio and a front terrace. From here, you can enjoy views of the distant hills
(with a historic Spanish tower) to the east, while looking onto Baltimore Harbour, the spectacular Roaringwater Bay
and Carbery's 100 Isles to the south ...

Sleeping up to four people, each 2-bedroom Holiday Cottage features an open fireplace,
furniture made by local craftsmen and beautiful slate floors with under-floor heating throughout.
For your comfort, all cottages are equipped with modern appliances - such as;
television, power shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooking appliances and microwave oven.
Baby cots are available on request - free of charge - and should preferably be booked in advance.
Please remember to bring your own bedding for baby cots, as this is not provided.

Should you as a guest in one of our rooms / cottages wish to have lunch or dinner in the restaurant,
please get in touch with us to make a reservation before or upon arrival.
This in order to avoid disappointment, especially during weekends and in the summer season.

Terms and availability
Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
Upon arrival, the cottages are available from 16:00 GMT.
Upon departure, the cottages must be vacated by 10:00 GMT.
Prices are an indication only and may be subject to change.
Minimum rental is 2 days.

Mature gardens and sunny seaview terrace to relax;
Wireless Internet Access (coming soon);
Public payphone located next to Reception;
Meals available from the Restaurant / Café;
Drinks available from the Wine Bar / Terrace.
