The buildings, dating back several hundred years, have been carefully restored and renovated in original style and character in order to provide superb luxury Guest Rooms, complimented by modern *** Holiday Cottages built in recent years. Further facilities include a two-level Restaurant / Café and Wine Bar with regularly changing exhibitions of contemporary art, a kitchen shop, wine shop, public pay phone and sunny terraces.

Baltimore, Roaringwater Bay and Carbery's Hundred Isles are situated on the most southern coast of West Cork amid some of Ireland's most spectacular scenery. The almost subtropical climate of the region is due to the effect of the gulf stream sweeping in from the Atlantic, influencing plant and marine life and making this a haven for gardeners, and watersport enthusiasts alike.
